What we have learnt over the past five years is that our clients want a fixed price without excess and they want reliable sub trades working on their property.

We believe that everything should be open in the pricing of your jobs, whether it is a fixed price or cost plus margin arrangement we will show you all invoices and costs to do with your project and only charge you an agreed margin on top of these.
